Welcome to points earned page, where tenants can check how many points that they have earned, if you check and your points appear wrong please check that you have entered them correctly. From now 2021 the points will be updated at the end of the  month, i.e. January points will not be correct until the end of first week in February This is because you have 1 week after the end of the month in which to enter your hours. After this date they will not be recorded or counted A new rule will be added to the Hand book to cover this.  The only exception to this will be those of you who have assigned jobs. But we would still prefer that you enter the hours as you do them please.
