I moved into the allotment on August bank holiday 2016, I was a little kitten and was lost, the first person I met was Derek the site manger. Derek had never had a cat so did not know what to do with me he got his two daughters Roshine and Diane to play with me while he called Alan who was away on holiday. Lucky for me Alan is a supporter of Cat protection and the PDSA.A plan was put in place with the help of Judith who is now Alans associate member.I was taken to the PDSA where I was checked to see if I had a chip and an owner I did not so was chipped given my jabs and was registered to Judith's house because the allotment site does not have a post code for my chip ID.Lucky for me again Alan and Derek were in the process of converting the old shed into a workshop / committee meeting room.
Once this was fitted out I was allowed to move in and was given my own high level bed complete with walk way and a cat flap coded to my chip.In return for this help that I was given I now chase the unwanted birds (Crows pigeons and magpies) I also keep the rodents down. I love following the plot holders to their plots and love playing with their children. I especially like Deb the wildlife officer and she somtimes leaves me treats of ham that she leaves attached to the workshop door for Alan and Derek to feed me. Please do not feed me, give any treats to Derek or Alan. I do liked to be stroked and fussed I like Children
Below are photo's of me walking around the site doing me job, if you see me please give me a stroke.
